We spent the day on a boat with friends. My boyfriend got stupidly sunburnt. He’s resting everything frozen on his shoulders and wincing a lot.

Of course the guy would come to check the smoke alarm as soon as I get in the shower, so I have to get out with soapy hair to let him in. Of course he will put the ladder between the bathroom door and my bedroom door, so my awkward walk in a towel involves an awkward wait for him to get down and move the ladder. Of course.
